New Zealand is recognised internationally as the foremost supplier of Southern Hemisphere onions. 

DMP has sought to market onions not just as a commodity, but as a specialised product developed to suit the differing requirements of our overseas customers.  A significant volume of exports to Japan, Germany, Holland, UK and Taiwan are Pukekohe Longkeeper variety, but other specific varieties are increasingly  being grown to order.

J M Bostock's strong production capacity in Hawkes Bay region ensures us a reliable stable base giving surety of supply to our customers.

In an industry which is dominated by spot market trading business, our specialisation is developing strong fixed contract business with specific varieties and sizes customised for our buyers in Japan and Europe.
